Neurodiversity: Angela's Story

At Neve Learning, neurodiversity is more than a principle. For our founder, Angela Prentner-Smith, the journey began with discovering that dyspraxia is not a stand-alone condition. Like many

neurodivergent traits, it often overlaps with others, and that realisation changed her perspective on both family and work.

This experience is one of the reasons why Angela made inclusion and accessibility in learning the heart of Neve Learning. She saw clearly that ADHD, dyspraxia and other neurodivergent conditions often intersect, and that too many training environments are designed for a “one-size-fits-all” learner. By creating an inclusive learning platform, Neve aims to make education and workplace training accessible, personalised and supportive for everyone.

For Angela, embracing neurodiversity is not just about understanding challenges. It is about recognising the unique strengths different minds bring. Her story drives our mission: to ensure that inclusive training programmes help individuals thrive, empower organisations, and create a fairer future where no learner is left behind.
