To shake up professional training and make it a fairer - and a more successful - experience for everyone. That's why we're building Neve. Neve is a learning platform that has inclusivity at its core. Professional learning that fits you

Professional training is often a one-size-fits-all model. It can leave people excluded from learning or learning in ways that just don't work for them.
Neve tackles this by embedding learning into the individual's life. Over time, it gets to know learners and adapts the learning experience to best suit their unique needs and ways of learning. It gives them the freedom to learn what they want, when they want, how they want. This makes learning a more effective - and lasting - experience for everyone. |
Simple for trainers

Neve is designed to make training more accessible to everyone. And that includes trainers too. We're developing a 'course builder' feature for Neve that will make adapting courses and content into the Neve pathway simple. This, in turn, will make training more doable for more people, which can only be a great thing for businesses and employees.

We're all unique, so it follows that the way we learn should be too. That's why each course is laid out in a pathway customised according to the learner's needs, lifestyle, preferences and goals.
The pathway also acts as an incentive as the learner can see where they are and where they need to get to, with each step ticked off along the way for mini wins. |

Inclusivity and accessibility firstNeve is being built with inclusivity and accessibility in its foundations. Each feature is designed to make learning easier to digest and retain - with a particular focus on the needs of neurodivergent people.
From bite-sized content to the use of behavioural psychology, our mission is to make sure that everyone has the optimum conditions to learn and thrive, regardless of their needs and cognitive differences. |
We're always learning too

Research. Test. Learn. Improve. Repeat.
Neve will never be a finished product. As we find out more about how people learn best, we will adapt and improve Neve to ensure that everyone gets a learning experience that works for them. And that's already started. We've just completed our first live pilot of Neve - a Business Analyst Practitioners Course with the Scottish Digital Academy. We are now using these findings to improve the Neve Learning Experience. The team behind Neve is an eclectic mix of changemakers determined to make the workplace fit for the future. And we have a history of that, as we are also all part of This is Milk - the consultancy, training and, now, technology business founded and run by Angela Prentner-Smith.
Amongst us, you'll find developers who used to be teachers, testers with gaming side hustles, UX Designers with equality podcasts, inclusion experts, and a feminist founder.
